Need a hand with Punchya? Here's what it takes to run the app, and how to reach us if something isn't working right.

Minimum system requirements

• Requires iOS 26 or later
• Designed for iPhone
• Runs unmodified on iPad, but is not yet optimized for the larger screen
• Notifications must be allowed for Punchya — a Punch is a push notification, so the app can't do its one job without them
